When you drop the egg in the pan, this will keep the yolks together. If you do it the other way, the eggs will spread across the pan. It not only makes it less uniform, it makes it harder to turn the egg when it's time to.
My Friend Emma L. gave me your book, because she knows I love to cook. I can make a lentil soup from all dry ingredients in about a half-hour. I love pressure cookers. Chicken soup from all raw ingredients in the same time. Text me. I'd love to share my ideas.

Jim Madden and Thomas Jacques comments on PBJ's Grilled - Restaurant Review

Duly noted! Growing up, my family liked peanut butter, mayonaise, bacon and dill pickel sandwiches. Having read Tom's PBJ's restaurant review and visiting their website, I feel I can now come out of the closet and openly express my affinity for these delightful sandwiches. No more sneaking around. It's liberating. Thank you Thomas.

Maddy comments on Sushi Cupcakes!

I love the little bento boxes - adorable!
